Thank you for your interest in our school holiday workshop. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering.

By registering for our workshop, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment:

Registration for the workshop is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fees are not redeemable for cash.

2. Liability Waiver:

Participation in the workshop is voluntary and at your own risk.
The organizers, instructors, and venue owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the workshop.
By participating, you waive any claims against the organizers, instructors, and venue owners for such injury, loss, or damage.

3. Cancellation Policy:

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will be notified and alternative arrangements offered.
Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation, and will not be reimbursed for these expenses in the event of cancellation.

4. Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the workshop.
Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards instructors, staff, or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the workshop without refund.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to secure them during the workshop.

5. Photography and Recording:

Photography, filming, or recording of any kind during the workshop is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the organizers and all participants involved.
The organizers may photograph or record portions of the workshop for promotional or archival purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be bound by the most recent version available at the time of registration.
